Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Ordering online is quick and easy - start here. For bulk or corporate orders, drop us a line and we’re very happy to arrange something for you.

I’m having trouble with my order. What next?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve this as a priority.

What happens once my order is placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your subscription, delivery address details and other customisations. You will also have the opportunity to take up further opportunities for customisation.

Our team will carefully prepare each parcel within your subscription and arrange dispatch according to our monthly schedule. Once each parcel is picked up by our courier, you will provide tracking details. Please remember to check your spam in case notes from us our the courier end up there.

When will my deliveries start?

You can select the starting month for deliveries. For your convenience, you can select from the upcoming four months online as part of your order. For future months, you can either join our newsletter to be advised when orders come live, or contact us for special arrangements.

Can I specify delivery dates?

The Packed With Love model is to deliver around the same time each month, rather than on named days. This helps to create an old-fashioned love-by-mail / surprise vibe, and helps us control costs to offer you the best value. Within this approach, you can select the starting month for deliveries (see above).

If you have a specific date you’re hoping to acknowledge, use your account or contact us to arrange a special card delivery online or via snail mail. We also offer this with every Christmas present purchase with deliveries set to start from January.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major online payment services and credit cards. Check out our latest policy here.

When will I be charged?

The full cost of your subscription (that is, including all 3, 6, 9 or 12 months selected) will be charged at the time of the initial order, per the details in the checkout process and confirmation.

Do you offer discounts for multiple or corporate orders, and / or VAT receipts?

Yes we can - drop us a line and we’re very happy to arrange something for you.

Can I cancel or return deliveries?

In limited circumstances, it is possible to modify subscriptions and cancel or return deliveries. Check out our policy here - that way you can be sure you’ve got the latest details :)

Customisation and input

Can I customise the parcels to my recipient’s preferences?

Absolutely! A big part of what we do is share the love by gifting parcels that will tickle our customers’ fancies. We do an initial screen at the time of ordering but are keen to work with you to make the experience even more special. You will have the opportunity to answer more questions about the recipient in your account after ordering - you can do as much or as little as you like.

Can I include special messages?

Yes! You can add these from your account or we will email you as each delivery approaches with prompts for a quick note to add to your parcel identifying special memories or other parts of your relationship.

How do I create an account?

Accounts are created as part of the check out process or by using the “Login” prompt in the website header.

How do I reset my password or fix other problems logging in?

Click the “Login” prompt in the website header and follow the link :) If you’re still having issues, please contact us.

How do you take care of my data?

Packaging, shipping and delivery

How and when do you deliver?

We typically ship around the change of the month, with exceptions for the Christmas and New Year period (December - January). Check out our latest policy here.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders to international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Does the recipient have to be home for delivery? What happens if they’re not?

Our courier will send a notification on the morning of delivery to the shipping contact details you provide. If the recipient won’t be home, they will be able to provide alternative instructions. If a delivery fails, the courier will contact the recipient to arrange re-delivery or set up an alternative collection point.

If you need more assistance, please reach out to the courier’s contact point in the first instance and then contact us online or at admin@packedwithlove.co.uk with your order number and details.

How will my gift be packaged?

Packed With Love strives to deliver an experience, not just a parcel. Part of the love included in every shipment is the care and consideration we put into packing the monthly goods. We use high quality packing goods and seal each parcel with ribbons and a sprig of something special.

Will the parcels contain invoices / pricing info?

No, the parcels delivered under your subscription will not contain invoices or pricing details. We will share these in the confirmation email sent to you.

Can I cancel or return deliveries?

What if my parcel is damaged, lost or incorrect?

We take great care with our orders. If anything is damaged upon arrival, or if your delivery is lost or incorrect, please consult our policies and contact us online or via admin@packedwithlove.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

What do I do if I need more help or have other questions?

Don’t panic! Keep your towel close by and contact us online or at admin@packedwithlove.co.uk. We’re standing by and will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
